My Gut Health Journey

My journey into the world of gut health started when I faced some serious stomach problems in my mid-twenties. Meals left me feeling bloated and uncomfortable. I realized my bad eating habits, like indulging in what I thought were “healthy” fast foods, were causing these issues and even weight gain.
